The Bench Process

What Actually Happens on Your Appointment

Whether you're booking a single club or a full bag build, every appointment moves through the same four stations, from first swing to a signed, finished club.

Consultation & Swing Read

We start with a short conversation about your misses and goals, then watch your swing on the launch monitor before touching a single component.

Component Selection

We work through relevant heads and shafts from the demo wall, comparing every swing against your own baseline instead of a printed chart.

Hand Assembly

Hosels are bored, shafts trimmed and epoxied, and grips wound to spec — on our bench, by the same fitter who ran your session.

Verification & Walkthrough

Every finished club is checked on the frequency and swingweight scale, then walked through with you before you leave with a signed build ticket.

During Your Session

What You Actually See at Each Station

Every session runs on a screen positioned so you can watch your own numbers change in real time. Instead of being told a spec "should" help, you see carry distance, dispersion, and swingweight shift as components change, right up until we're both satisfied with the result.

  • Every swing logged, not just your best few
  • Side-by-side comparison against your baseline numbers
  • A build ticket signed at the end of your session
  • No obligation to purchase — the data is yours either way
